In 2015, his father established JLC Roofing & Construction LLC, bringing 25+ years of hands-on experience, a reputation for integrity, and a track record of excellence as a subcontractor.
Over the past decade, JLC Roofing has partnered with Houston’s leading roofing contractors, completing over 7,000 projects with top-tier craftsmanship.
Recognizing an opportunity to improve the industry and elevate the customer experience, Campos launched Altum Contractors. Built on the same foundation of quality and integrity, Altum combines proven expertise with innovation to deliver a seamless, customer-first roofing experience.

He earned a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston and built a career in consulting and product management, advising Fortune 500 companies at Accenture and Umbrage Studios part of Bain & Company. With a strong background in innovation and technology, he applies the same strategic approach to Altum, leveraging modern solutions to streamline operations and enhance customer service.
